Have 1995 17" Chris Craft Cavalier (85% original) with custom trailer and mooring/trailering cover to TRADE for classic Power Wagon in great running condition. Boat is in excellent condition, marine survey when I purchaed it in '97 estimated value at $4,500 w/o trailer or covers. Virtually no time used since survey.

The sound of this flat head six, w/water jacketed exhaust, in the water, at idle is the finest internal combustion engine sound ever produced! Nothing with wheels comes close, regardless of nameplate including Harley Davidson! The next closest cool sound is... a WWII P&W rotary aircraft engine, or a very aggitated Old English Bulldog!

Boat is in Michigan. Package includes boat w/ KBL 131hp, "Tripple Carb" motor, the legendary (& bulletproof) Chris Craft trnsmission, matched upholstery on dash, seats, and engine box, Tach, oil and Amp gauges, bilge pump, running lights, horn, bow & stern lifing rings, and bow and stern flag staffs w/ flags. Upgrades since build include new gen, H2o pump, carpeting, epoxy bottom and side seams, new paint and varnish & more. The heavy duty custom trailer and new custom trailering/mooring cover is part of the package.

Boat has been lovingly cared for since it was shipped by Chris Craft in March 1955 on the Frisco railroad. I have documents for full history of ownership and maintenance. Engine hold all specs for cyl. and oil pressure. She is a great big river or big inland lake boat. Seats 4 adults and 2 kids easy. No salt water history. Capapable of +40 mph at full throttle (3800 rpm), but I don't treat her like that. Boat always gets compliments based on appearance and that soooo incredible flat head sound.

I don't have time to use the boat.
Photos and more on request.
