70 Dodge 4x4

I looked a 70 model dodge yesterday and was wondering how to tell the w-100 from the w-200. I didn't get any numbers from the truck, but it has a 318 w/ a 4 speed and a 205 x-case. The front is a D44 and the rear is a D60. Are these all stock? What steering box (manual) should be in this truck? The body looks to be in good shape and the guy drives it daily. Does $1200 sound like a good price?
