WM300 or M-37?

I bought a 1968 WM300 back in 1979, and had it for about four years before I sold it. I wish I had kept it. Anyway, now I am in the market for one again, and the pickings are a little slimmer than they were in 1979. I am thinking about opening up my search to include the M-37, etc. My question relates to parts availability. Are the military powerwagon parts harder to get than the civilian powerwagon parts?
