Bondo on bare metal before primer. Once the expoxy primer cures not much will adhere to it. Expoxy primer to seal the Bondo. After axpoxy is sprayed try to spray the next primer before the expoxy cures within a few hours. So if your looking for low spots do all that before epoxy. So Bondo, primer, sand, icing, expoxy, more primer then finish coat. I'm not a pro but that's pretty much the routine.
