I would recommend roller or sleave bearings. Ball bearings dont like thrust load so if the truck has any angle when dumping you could overload the bearing. For the limited rotation sleave (plain) bearings are better suited. Unfortunately only the big names sell sleave bearings so they are kind of pricey. The disadvantage to rollers is that with the limited rotation only a fraction of the rollers see load.
