I've seen one 1959 W100 with along sweptline bed and a SERT tag showing that bed was added at the factory. So it's possible yours is original, but it's more likely the bed was added at some point. It's hard to be sure either way.

If it were mine I'd be looking carefully for evidence the bed was swapped like checking the original color of the various pieces and comparing the bed mounting hardware to other 1959 sweptlines.

If you find out the bed is blue and the cab is two tone red and white you'll have your answer.

The filler neck that Leon asked about is less of an indicator in 1959 as the one factory one I saw didn't use the same filler neck setup as the 1960 W100 sweptline.
