It makes sense to only ship heavy stuff once. What ticked me off about Northern is they weren't honest about how long it would really take, and they could never give me a shipping date or tracking. All their "customer service" people could do is thank me for my patience. And then their review reviewer wouldn't let me post a negative review. I don't need that. They don't sell anything that isn't so special I can't get it elsewhere.
