I agree it was a p*ss-poor hunt. But that happens. Neither hunter nor guides has anything to be proud of. Most of us know of some case close to home where somebody shot a tame deer, or killed a trophy elk and only took the horns, or wounded an animal and was too lazy to track it. But come on... dominating the global news cycle and "social media" for over a day with everybody seemingly trying to outdo each other with expressions of outrage and condemnation? Aren't there actual humans dying in civil wars and such? Seems more important than one bad lion hunt to me.
