I ordered an industrial exhaust fan from those guys on June 26th. I finally got it on July 26th. In between I called their "customer service" many times and all they could tell is that it "ships from the factory" and "thanks for your patience". Until 14 BUSINESS days had gone by, they wouldn't even call the factory and check on it. Eventually someone did and told me it would ship on July 16th, which came and went without it shipping. Throughout the whole time, even after it really did ship, they never updated the "order status" page, which still says "Tracking data not available". Meanwhile they sent me a spam email to tell me they were running a special on that very item. Once I got it, they sent me another email to ask me to review it. I did, and wrote the same thing I just wrote here. Of course they rejected the review. By the way, there was nothing in the listing of the fan to indicate it would be drop-shipped from the factory or built to order, and even after I placed the order, they never said that until I called them.

So, know two things: Some of their stuff is drop-shipped and they have no idea what the status of it is once they send the order over to their supplier. And the "reviews" you see have been filtered to remove anything negative.
