After a 1 1/2 year wait they finally replaced my tie rod end on my 08 5500. First they bent it sand said they'd call when they got the part. Never did so I called 2 more times and the last time I threatened to call the hotline. They scheduled me in and did it along with the airbag recall that just came out.
They ended up replacing both tie rods, relay rod and all the brackets. They also "found" some other issues I needed them to fix to the tune of over $5000.00. I didn't bite as it was dealer fraud.
Told me my oil was border line on needing to be changed. I ask how they determine that and he said they have a tester that can tell. I replied that I normally like to get more than 25 miles out of my oil as I had just changed it and the filter using Rotella T. I then asked if he could understand why I have a hard time believing him on anything else he said was bad. He turned and walked away.
