that's a sweet combo. I have seen quite a few of what seem to be factory installed dumps on multiple years of dodges. I think even the factory may have farmed them out locally in MI though. I restored a 47 where I know it was don't in Detroit and the buyer took a train out from WA to drive it home from factory. the conversion was don't really well but the hydraulic parts and reservoir were all aftermarket. Then since then I have seen a handful with the exact same set up
