That would explain the electric winch, long wheelbase, and flat bed. It would be interesting to see inside the cab, but I'd bet it's modern. I always admire nice shiny body work (because I can't do it), but I'm not a fan either of homemade flatbeds on a "restored" PW or of body/chassis transplants.
