My 50 Chevy Suburban had carriage bolts with square brass washers on top of the leg pipe with the wingnut screwed down on the square washer. The bodies of the chevy, dodge etc were made by the same company. The square washer came with my 50 Chevy Suburban. I have a 1941 Dodge 1/2 ton WC-26 Carryall and i am having the square brass washers reproduced. I will have additional sets made.
