I have one extra sleeve to practice with. I was going to see if putting it in the oven made it easier to slip it on. I also wondered if I could just use a flywheel and long bolts to push the sleeve on. Actually, instead of a flywheel, I would probably use the hub that goes with an automatic transmission flexplate, just because it is smaller and easier to handle than a flywheel. It won't have the ridge to perfectly center the sleeve, and maybe won't push it on all the way, but it should be close.
