The French used a bunch of Dodge WC and PW stuff on rails post WW2, I reckon this is from one of them. The turntable would have real problems getting fitted in a WC wheelbase so may have been on a longer PW.

Not only does it have the correct early WC jack off to the right on the WC image, but I'll bet the jack under the axle is the Hein-Werner 3 ton E3-9A designated 41-J-72 that I was looking for.

As far as I know Dodge primarily used Evans Auto-Railer equipment during WW2, but I have an image somewhere of similar altered F**d rims on a WC 53 Carryall on the Alaska Railroad.
