Besides rust. This is the motor that says "MoPar Model 221" on the tag. We figured out earlier that it's a 218. I haven't tried to turn it over. The ring gear is rusted to uselessness where it stuck out of the bellhousing and into the dirt. Anyone know anything about this weird little tranny on the back end, and the bellhousing with screened vents in it? I assume it was a car at one point. It has a tall oil-bath air cleaner which I removed for transportation. I will probably pull the generator and starter and keep them indoors, but the rest will have to sit out in the woods with some tin over it for the time being. She also gave me a Dodge tranny, which is in the last picture. This first picture is the right side view.
