Hi Willy, you need to put a fan in or find a way to put cooling fins on the exhaust. I had many problems of my headers wrecking my starter motor at one time. I put an extra electrical fan in on the radiator so when I was running slowly it would run more air through and also put a heat shield around the headers with some fins on it to conduct the heat away.
