Is there a way to drain every last drop of fluid from the cooling system?

I wanted to change out the hoses and thermostat on the Power Giant, so I bought new upper and lower radiator hoses, heater hose, bypass hose, thermostat, gasket, and antifreeze.

Yesterday seemed like a good day to flush the cooling system on the Power Giant, so I drained and filled the radiator, ran the engine, drained and filled a few more times until the fluid was really light, more water than antifreeze.

So the book says the coolant system is 20 quarts. Even taking off all the hoses, there is no way 20 quarts came out. I'm guessing 6 or 7. So I put about 6 quarts of antifreeze back in, ran the engine, added a little more. But I think I have more water than antifreeze now. Not a 50/50 mix.

Is there a better way?
