Looks like the critical parts are there. Lots of work to be done. There will be rust in several common places. You will need lots of money to make it whole unless you do lots of the work yourself. Figure close to 1000 hours for a decent restore if you go through and restore most everything. Then you have to look at parts. There is a lot more to one of these than a PW. Lot more body work to start with. This one has working window hardware which is critical, but I will guarantee that all 4 rear window drain boxes will have a lot of rust as will the sheet metal behind them. 12K seems a little high unless there is zero rust but I doubt it with the patch under the tailgate. There will most likely be lots of stress fractures to be fixed. I would love to do another carryall but I will be very picky on any that I start with. I am not knocking this truck.

If I had someone restore one to the same quality as my current Carryall I would expect to pay 100k +. Legacy is on the very expensive end and I do not have any idea what Dan is getting for the one he is working on. In my area you would be lucky to see labor rates anywhere near $50 per hour and would be near $100 per hour unless you had a sweet deal or friends. I am in a somewhat expensive area. The repairs on my camper this month was just over $100 per hour (glad insurance paid for it).
