Aside from the hazards of being in a crash already mentioned, I have to ask if you've driven one of these beasts. How wide are your feet? Seriously this is an issue. The arrangement of the pedals in the very narrow wheel well makes it difficult to select the pedal you need. The gas pedal is in a peculiar position as well making the transfer from throttle to brake an interesting exercise. I mention this because it can raise the odds of being in an accident if you are a bit tardy on the transition from throttle to brake.
There are a myriad of considerations to be dealt with before you make your decision.
