I bought mine because I had a Plymouth pick up 40 years ago that I never finished but could drive on the freeway at 55/60 mph. I did not realize the PWs are geared much lower and could not be driven stock the way I drove that pick up. I am 75% done with the PW and plan to drive it around town to a couple of rentals and to an occasional swap meet etc. I have an 89 Ford PU with a stick and 6 cylinder. my legs are tired after driving that around town all day. I hate when I have to use it as an occasional daily driver when my comfortable, newer car is loaned to a son etc. I love getting in the 56 Chevy and soon the PW and just tooling around for fun, getting looks and talking to admirers.
