I pulled the first of many triggers on the Carryall project and picked up a 1994 2500 that had the V10 motor. Guy kept the motor and a few small parts and I bought and drug home the remainder. It's really in pretty good shape and had just over 85,000 miles. He told me it was a '98 when we were emailing back and forth but he meant the doors were electric ones from a '98. Works out great for me because being a '94 means it's a 47RH transmission so I can handle building a stout tranny to go behind the cummins whenever my expensive one dies....only had it 3 years and 51,000 miles and it's starting to act up, think I need to replace the torque converter as the lockup is really not very crisp like it used to be and my tranny temps are running about 40° higher than normal.

Frame has a few differences but noting big. The truck took a couple of hits on the front end so one of the front clip mounts is bent and the lower drivers side control arm is bent up like he drove over something. Frame looks straight and solid!
