I bought this bench mounted one from Eastwood. Works really nice on anything, probably overkill for steel, but works really well on stainless.

Did all the stainless flares on my truck (both inverted and a few bubble) with no issues. They sell a head with 37-degree heads on it for AN fittings now too.

Not cheap but compared to some of the hydraulic pro jobs it's a bargain. Biggest downside is you can't flare on the vehicle.
