Hi Dave, hope all is well with you. It's been a while since we last talked. I suggest you take a few simple measurements first to verify that the spring is what is actually bad. Perhaps measure the distance between the frame hump and axle in the same location on both sides. Also check body mounts to make sure something hasn't slipped there causing a misalignment. Also make sure you have the same number of leaves on both sides. Basically check the obvious first. I too have had good luck re-arching. Disassemble the spring pack and re-arch each leaf separately and compare each one to it's matching leaf from the other spring. When assembled the spring packs always come out even and have never flattened out.
