I had the same problem when re doing the brake lines on my 67 W300 crew cab I had. The multipule tube flaring kits I tried I could never get a good flare the first time. Then I purchased a Ridge 345 Series tube flaring kit. The first time I used it I got a perfect double flare and every flare after that. I would checkout Ridge.
