on non combat rims I use a old bead buster that I once used in my younger days on semi tires. It looks similar to the one on ebay. Let the air out and hammer it inside the edge of the rim go all the way around and do the same to the other side If its tough you may have to go around twice.I only had one about a week ago that was rusted to the rim so bad it wouldn't budge so I got the sawzall out it was not easy
