Carbruator Problem E7S1??

Having another problem after fixing one. Now have 5-6 PSI at the Carb full time. 18 inches of steady vacuum @ 2,800 ft level. Idles nice at 500-600 RPMs. Starts great not *-touching gas pedal. Bring RPMs up to 1500-1600 RPMs and it just dies off?? You can floor it but it just acts like it has no or little fuel above 1500 RPMs. Float level OK, needle valve clean and works hold pressure after shut off. 20 lbs oil pressure on idle now warm. Is there a power jet on these carbs that could be clogged and only run on the idle jet?? Thanks
