The utiline (step side) rear fenders were used from 1953 to 1985 so they are not that hard to find if you're willing to look around. Super nice ones are hard to find, but decent ones are out there.

The 1960 cabs are the same from D100 to D900 and W100 to W500. The floors are the same in most 1959 trucks as well. I'd try and find a 1960 D100 with a solid cab and just swap the whole cab unless all your floor needs are small patches.

The springs can be made by a good spring shop.

The big issue is the quality of the rest of the parts. Chroming things like the PW tags and replacing glass, etc can add up quickly if you want a top quality restoration. Then there's paint. A good paint job with most of the prep done by you will still cost thousands.

Be aware of what you expect as an end result and what the ballpark costs will be to achive that level before you start working.
