I have pictures of 8 1957 W500s and none of them have PW tags. Lots of W500s don't have PW tags. I've got pictures of plenty of PG era ones without tags (1960 is one year that seems not to have them) and I've seen lots of 1961-71 W500s without them as well.
Maybe if I found another 20 1957 W500s some of them would have PW tags?
