It looks like mine. At the front it is dead level but towards the top it rises on the out side. This drives me nuts, but there is little to do about it so I left it alone. i see yours is the same. Want to bet they were made on the same month, week or day? i thought the fender had caught on something and bent it but now I will blame the factory.
Oh yah - it looks good.
