Could be a good deal, especially with the arctic cab, but there's no picture of the engine compartment so it's hard to tell what's in there. He says it's 6V, and the military air cleaner elbow is in the cab, so it probably has an engine transplant out of an old car or truck. The grill and bumper are home-made, and who knows what else is hacked up. It would definitely be a "look before buying" situation. But at least he doesn't think it's worth a small fortune.
