that s what it looks like to me but others have said there was some sort of flat material between the brackte and the cross member
my guess is if everything else is on rubber then maybe the tc don t have to be--maybe it is even more better---less vibration
i did not feel any vibration when i got pulled around the block to my backyard--lolol
john mckenzie said they used to put diagonal turnbuckles on wms from the tc to frame to shut em up
