We were there three years ago and heading back in August, They have pretty strict license testing and it shows. I also noticed if you have to turn across a lane on a two lane road, opposing cars yield.I never counted on it, but when I could see the car slowing I would turn quickly. Another way to keep traffic moving.Shifting with my left hand was an adjustment, though.
