I tried that this morning. I've got it set up the best I can now. 2 turns to the right and 2.5 turns to the left.

I've adjusted/disconnected/inspected/re-assembled the steering every which way I can. I don't get it but, it turns lock to lock. The tires are straight and the steering wheel points up. I've got the toe in set at 1/16".

Unless someone thinks this is unsafe, I'm moving on to the next problem...
