Thanks Vaughn, I've done all that. Bottom line is I can't get the wheels to line up with the steering wheel centered to box center, no matter what I do. I've disconnected, re-adjusted, and verified that the drag link is put together correctly.

I can find the steering box center easily. It gives me almost 6 total turns (almost 3 in either direction). Once connected to the tires, I am stop limited to a total of under 5 turns stop to stop. The stops are factory and are welded. This means I am not getting the full rotation of the steering box which I'm guessing is by design.

Doing what you suggest above, I still have to turn the steering wheel after everything is re-connected to straighten the tires. So, the steering wheel is then off the box center.

I'm just confused that it takes fewer turns to the right than to the left? Although it seems the tires turn the same number of degrees in both directions and reach the stops on both sides? I'm guessing I'm fussing about nothing but thought I would ask.

I appreciate the help.

Clark
