finally got my rear springs off

I think I read every archived post on the rear spring pin removal. Only problem is i do not weld. I finally made a simple plate to attach the slide hammer to the pin. A couple of whacks and the last two stubborn pins came out. I think the biggest reason they were stuck is the pins wore thru the bushing and down into the shackle. ANYONE HAVE SOME USED REAR SHACKLES? I don't think any of the spring eye bushings were intact. The front pin on one was jury rigged with an unknown piece that could never have fit right. On to the fronts
