Measure the angle that the wheels are turning. They should turn the same angle left and right. If they do, then look at the pitman arm placement. Make sure that you have the steering box/wheel centered before attaching the pitman arm. Your tires also need to be centered when attaching the pitman arm as well as having the drag link and all linkage attached.
Measure the length of yor drag link. Someone might have the incorrect one installed. Let us know it's length.
