How many rotations do you have from a centered position, to the right and to the left, to the stops?

I have 2.75 turns to the left and 1.75 turns to the right. I hit the stops on both sides. I can't seem to get them equal? If I adjust the pitman arm I won't hit the left stop, I run out of box rotation.
