Soon as you start hitting those long bolts they will expand some or bend a little. If it was me I don't like torches I would flush it on the mount, heat the rod on the bottom spray PB Blaster(it sucks in better) to cool. Use a good fitting punch and a 2 lb hammer. A good solid hit the first time not little ones that mushroom stuff.
