Yeah and if I had payed more attention to all the death and stories I would still be
460 lbs. instead of 367 8 months later there are no easy days but after nearly losing legs etc. Surgery took me about 5 years to get on with kept thinking I will overcome this on my own. Bigger tool box has helped a lot. Had kidney stones they su## drink only water or tea now little milk no more problem. I had the death speech 4 times last year during the 8 months of pre op. Every time they put me asleep to check something. It is a personal decision. Things do not usually get better as we age without help. my 2Cents.
