Have the front axel 90 percent tore down for a complete rebuild. No major problems yet a few bearings will need replacment?

Have not been able to break the tie rod end nuts loose because I can not retain the ball even with heat and lots of pen fluid. Any tricks?

Also can not get the bearing retaining nut loose at the end of the differential .... snapped a grade 5 bolt I had ground to fit the spanner grooves. Going to let it soak in pen fluid a few more days? If I resort to drastic measures and cut the nut out can I get a replacement?

Also found a strange repair? The drivers side had two seals on the hub one stuffed over the retaining clip? I'm assuming the correct seal is one seal per hub?
