My wife and I moved from PA to Colorado in August-Sept of 1992 in a stock 1962 WM300, 251 engine and 4.89 gears, pulling a double horse trailer and all our worldly possessions. Looking at google maps we traveled about 2100 miles in 4 weeks. Started in Willow Grove, PA and traveled through Pittsburgh, Detroit, East Lansing, Omaha, and Boulder. An epic journey to be sure. I've had several 200-300 mile trips since then, but that was the big one.
