Driveshaft work

Anyone have any driveshaft work done lately? I dropped all three off at the local driveline shop and they're having issues.

I need to have a new intermediate shaft made to go between the Chevy 5-speed and the T-case (that's very short). The rear shaft needs the t-case end swapped to the larger 5380 size to fit the centered output yoke, and the front just needed checked over.

It looks like they'll have to use a Spicer 1410 yoke on the ends and the conversion u-joint to go to the t-case as they can't seem to get the Detroit yokes any more. Which also helps as their balancing machine doesn't have adapters for the Detroit joints anyway.

As for the smaller 5160 joints I don't see a conversion joint, so it looks like to be able to balance them I might need to try and have a set of end caps turned from the larger Detroit size to the smaller spicer size for balancing and then just swap them back to go into the truck.

Curious if I'm missing something. The driveshaft shop is trying to do some research too, but they've got other work to do and none of the other shops in the area could help either.
