By me doing one side complete I have been dealing with the little things in the way on the hard side first. Then I corrected them on the other side before I start on it. I did have to remove it a couple times to punch a rivet out that was over looked. Rivets make great connectors due to the tight fit in the hole. Having the shoulder of the bolt in the hole makes a tight fit also. The threaded part would slide in but I had to pound the rest. My arms are beat from drilling so I will put my front axle back together for a break today. Figured the weight of the new bed last night. The 1/8" steel will weigh around 500 lbs total(5.1 lbs a Sq. Ft.)divided in 4 sections plus a tail gate.
