There is an original carryall with a rear door. It was a prototype. Rear side doors are possible. The battery box and the sheet metal behind it would have to be moved to start with. The doors would have to to be cut and fitted around the rear fenders unless the frame and body are lengthened. How to integrate the middle window would also be a challenge.
My personal opinion is that the body is so classic and well balanced it would be difficult to retain its beauty by adding doors.
