My truck for trailering my PWs is a 2001 Dodge 2500 w/cummins. It has the factory towing package with the outside pivot mirrors. Something inside the case that holds the mirror face stationary but manually adjustable has broken or come loose on both mirrors. I have gotten by with wedging small rolls of duct tape around the edges for a while. It seems impossible to get behind the glass without breaking it and they just dangle without the wedges.
Is there a simple fix?
