It is a 2 speed adapter for a 1-1/2 ton or larger truck with a two speed rear axle. It keeps the speedo reading correctly when the axle ratio is changed. Only useful to crazy Dodge guys like me who collect bigger trucks.

If you have no use for it I'd buy it from you.
