The link below will take you to a 1963 Study done by Kaiser comparing their new diesel-powered Jeep pickup to the M37. About 400 of these were delivered to the Marines in 1964.

Looking back, we know that the M715 beat out both the Forward Control Jeep and the M37, but I've heard many say the M37 was overall a better vehicle.

Despite that, I am very proud to have drug home one of these Cerlist-powered crew cabs.
