Hood number range W222266-W226218
Serial number range 8676901-8694193
U.S. contract number W-398-QM-9388
It's a T211 series built in 1941.
Without the hood number it'd be hard to know what model it was as that serial number range covers the whole T211 range.
If you want the date it was built order a build card from Chrysler. It won't give you the date of delivery that would have been on the tag on the glove box door, but it will give you the date the truck was built.
