3/4 ton WC front fender

Hi,

On a 3/4ton front fender is the inner flange (the part which goes against the truck) continuous across the entire fender, or does it stop where the hood/inner splash guards are?

The ones which are on my 1/2ton appear to have been notched to allow the hood to slide behind them, but I'm not sure by how much.
